6-Day Training of Trainers (TOT) for Master Trainers on ALP Package DIn collaboration with UNICEF, a 6-day Training of Trainers (TOT) for Master Trainers on ALP Package D commenced today at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.The session was inaugurated by the Managing Director ESEF, Mr. Qaisar Alam, who warmly welcomed the participants. He highlighted that, for the first time, ESEF has strategically selected its own human resource from within the organization for capacity development. A total of 33 Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Assistants and Facilitators have been selected for this important initiative.The training aims to equip Master Trainers with the competencies required for the effective implementation of ALP Package D curriculum and subjects. It focuses on enhancing their skills in lesson planning, participatory teaching methodologies, and the application of pre-reading and post-reading strategies. Additionally, the initiative will strengthen their capacity to design and conduct a variety of student assessments.The program also emphasizes the effective management of ALP center operations and provides hands-on experience in delivering structured model training sessions through demonstrations, interactive group work, and guided activities.Upon completion of the training, the Master Trainers will cascade the knowledge and skills to 235 ALP Facilitators across various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ensuring standardized, high-quality instructional practices across all ALP centers under ESEF.
