The second day of the 6-day Training of Trainers (TOT) for Master Trainers on ALP Package D continued with great enthusiasm and active participation at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.The session was honored by the presence of distinguished guests, including Mr. Qaisar Alam (Managing Director, ESEF KP), Mr. Rukhsar Ali (GIZ), Mr. Ghulam Mustafa renowned educatipnist and BoD Member, Mr. Ali Akbar (Dawn News), and Mr. Habib Ur Rehman (Director Program, ESEF KP). Their participation added valuable insights and encouragement to the ongoing training activities.Day 2 focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of effective teaching practices, with special emphasis on lesson planning, interactive teaching methodologies, and the use of pre-reading and post-reading strategies. The sessions were highly engaging, incorporating group work, practical demonstrations, and experience-sharing among participants.The training continues to build the capacity of Master Trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared to implement the ALP Package D curriculum effectively and to cascade these learnings to facilitators across the province.
