District Program Officers Conference at ESEFThe Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF) organized a District Program Officers (DPOs) Conference to deliberate on policy guidelines and review key updates related to:• GCS Portal• ESS & NSI Programs• Accelerated Learning Program (ALP)• Funds Release and Utilization• Human Resources, EMIS & Monitoring Matters• New Initiatives• System Management ApplicationsDuring the conference, the Managing Director briefed the DPOs on the newly launched digital management systems — including PMIS, HRMIS, E-Office, and Finance Management System — highlighting their features and their pivotal role in promoting transparency, operational efficiency, and improved service delivery.This conference reflects ESEF’s continued commitment to strengthening governance and advancing educational management across the province.
