ESEF Advances Digital Learning with AI and Virtual School Initiatives

Today, a strategic meeting was held in the ESEF Committee Room, chaired by Mr. Qaisar Alam, MD ESEF KP, with attendees including Mr. Mustafa Kamal, BOD Member, Mr. Sher Daraz, Director Digital e-Governance, Mr. Shahrukh Swati, Consultant LMS, representatives from Iqera Education System, and the EMIS team.The discussions highlighted the remarkable progress of POHA and the Virtual School initiative, alongside the integration of simulation-based learning to create interactive and immersive educational experiences. Participants explored the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to personalize learning, enhance teaching methodologies, and streamline assessment strategies.A strong emphasis was placed on the effective use of Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) to guide instruction, ensuring that digital content aligns with learning goals. The integration of textbooks from all educational boards into the Learning Management System (LMS) was highlighted as a key step toward inclusive and equitable education. Learning experiences were designed to foster higher-order thinking skills, including critical analysis, evaluation, and creativity.In his concluding remarks, Mr. Qaisar Alam, MD ESEF KP, underscored the importance of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives and maximize student learning outcomes.ESEF continues to champion a future-ready education ecosystem, leveraging technology and AI to empower learners across KP.
