Secretary E&SED and MD ESEF Visit Outsourced Schools in Swat and Shangla to Review Education Standards

Mr. Muhammad Khalid Secretary of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department and Mr. Qaisar Alam Managing Director of ESEF conducted a joint visit to outsourced schools in District Swat and Shangla. The visit aimed to assess on-ground implementation, school facilities, and overall learning environment.During the visit, strong emphasis was placed on improving the provision of basic and essential school facilities to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere for students. The partners were also encouraged to enhance community mobilization efforts, ensuring active engagement of parents and local stakeholders to boost student enrollment.Furthermore, directions were given to concern partners prioritize the hiring of qualified and competent teachers to maintain and improve the quality of education being delivered in these schools.The visit reflects the government’s continued commitment to strengthening education systems, improving access, and ensuring quality learning opportunities for children in remote and underserved areas.
